Meals:
Breakfast – We will offer everything you would expect and each day features a different combination of breads, fruits, eggs, and meats. Cold cereal available and hot too if desired!
Lunches – We will feature (2) or more enticing flavorful salads and homemade soup. Sometimes sandwiches! There will always be an array of nuts, cheeses, artisan breads and chocolates.
Dinners - We will serve everything; beef, pork, chicken and seafood, each featured on a different evening. Several vegetable dishes are provided at each meal….and always some healthy carbohydrate or grain – often adding spices and seasoning for an ethnic flair.

Desserts are decadent…everyday is different! Ice cream, cookies, and chocolate are always available - and I do mean always. These are not desserts; they are staples and always available…. any time of day or night – even if you have to wake me up for more!!!! |
